TamTam is born from behavioural energy, is the son of observation and direct experience, of the study of people’s behaviour who participate to a bar’s life and the relationship that the public establishes with it.
Daily, different situations take place in one space: the early cafe and the quick one, the work lunch, a snack or the aperitif; all these moments are ritualised with particular rhythms, atmospheres and gestures.
The “drum” is the heart of the system, an element that works as an articulation around which is sufficient to rotate the counter in order to realise original configurations and new modalities of interaction.
