Man powered aircraft

The first man powered aircraft in Japan, Linnet’s first flight of 15 meters took place on 15 February, 1966. Linnet was the basic design experience, the marriage between man and technology.

The research was concentrated on the optimisation of the aerodynamics and the minimisation of the structural weight through the use of new materials.
