Sottolavello

Multi-function container

Design: Isao Hosoe with Lorenzo De Bartolomeis

Production: Belli e Forti, Italy, 2006

Sottolavello is part of a family of objects that could be called “seeking lost space”.

It’s a product that can be used wherever is needed: to store cleaning products and, why not, books or toys… it can be kept under the sink, of course, but also in the bathroom, in the closet, in the trunk…

Sottolavello is provided with an integrated handle, in the center, for balanced grabbing and comfortable carry.

Moreover, the additional tray can be hung to any of its edges, and it’s useful for any secondary service, like storing cleaning cloths, or any other tool.

The tray can be easily removed or put on the preferred position, and it can be stacked together with sottolavello.
