Meta Project for a mixed urbanization consisting of 600,000 square meters to be built aboveground and 200,000 square meters underground, on an area of ha.17 in Tokyo Bay.
The project included preliminary studies of the area and site characteristics and the development of a General Theorem accompanied by 100 Design Keys for the future development of the city.
