This “portable” silver pot for infusions is easily mounted for use. Assembled it becomes a bi-colored sculptural object in copper and silver.

The name derives from Jean Jacques Rousseau who would have advised Emile to take his travel infusion pot with him on the long voyage he was about to undertake on his way to Sophie. This pot would have consoled him in his moments of solitude as well as lifted his spirits in his moments of joy during his travels.

Jean Jacques was one of the ten infusions pots exhibited at the Triennale of Milan in 1995 and the exhibit “IDEA” sponsored by Faraone.
