The FBP kiln is the third chapter in a series of industrial kilns that have completely revolutionized the world of ceramic firing. The design of the FBP has been guided by concepts about the behavior of the machine, the users, the environment and the relationship that develops between them all.

The paneling that covers the entire kiln constitutes one of the main parts of a system that is a fusion between aesthetic and functionality. The colours of paneling reflects the surface temperature of the interior of the machine. The FBP corresponds to a reduction of acoustic noise. It is obtained thanks to fonoabsorbent paneling put in a sticker level.

Reduction of thermic noise is obtained from a paneling that drives hot air to the top. Reduction of semantic noise, is obtained using an interactive panel that becomes the driver, the interface between kiln and user.

The FBP is equipped with two independent firing modes. There are two kilns, put one on top of the other and it is possible to fire different products at the same time. With the FBP, it has been achieved an important politic of energetic economy, that consists in a recovery heat flow system.

The curved line of the profile of the kiln, designed by a certain disposition of panels allows the user to be kept at a safe distance. All service tubes are not heat conductive and they can be touched by the hands without any risk of burns.

The kiln has an exclusive safety system called “Spinmark” that blocks the firing when the machine is not functioning correctly. In this case, the machine reports the position of the problem. Thanks to “Spinmark” system is possible to change the problem pieces quickly.
